What is the McDonald's FA Charter Standard Kit Store?

The McDonald's FA Charter Standard Kit Store is accessible only to FA Charter Standard accredited clubs. Via the Kit Store, your club can access Nike kit and equipment with a 20% discount.

This portal is the only retailer of the official McDonald's FA Charter Standard Patch. All match shirts will be branded with this patch and they are also available to purchase in batches.

 

What is the McDonald's FA Charter Standard Kit Scheme?

The McDonald's FA Charter Standard Kit Scheme is a four year programme, providing thousands of kits each season, demonstrating McDonald's commitment to supporting Community Football.

Over 4,600 FA Charter Standard Clubs are set to receive new kits for their junior teams. The scheme will see up to 150,000 strips distributed to affiliated clubs over the course of the four-year programme.

The FA Charter Standard McDonald's Kit Scheme has now closed for the 2014 / 2015 season with over 4000 clubs having placed an order. The portal will reopen in summer 2015. If you would like to become an FA Charter Standard club or find out more about the programme, please click here.

How do I login to our club's account?

Access to the portal is limited to FA Charter Standard Clubs, you will be asked for your club name to login to the website.

More than one member of the club can place orders via the portal.

 

PORTAL & PRODUCT RANGE

How will the kits be branded, what logos will be on our shirts?

All match shirts will be branded on the left arm with the McDonald's FA Charter Standard sleeve patch.

 

Can my club badge or sponsor be added to this kit?

Once you have placed your order through the Kit Store, you will be able to add your club logo and additional print (numbering, team names, initials, player names). A member of our team will send an email requesting the specific information you would like to includeonce you have placed your order.

ORDERING

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Every order placed through the Kit Store and the Embellishment Portal will receive an automatically generated email confirmation.

Additionally, a dispatch notification will also be sent when your order has been prepared for shipping.

 

How can I amend my order?

If you believe that you have made an error with your order, please make contact at the earliest possible convenience. Either use the Customer Support chat (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), or send a message through our Contact Us form. We will then amend your order. Please note that this may delay your order.

 

What do I do if my order is incorrect when I receive it?

Once you receive your order please take the time to check that what you have received matches the delivery note.

If you find any discrepancies to the quantities/sizes ordered, and if you have opted for embellishment any issues with numbers to sizes provided, print quality (peeling, cracking, mis-alignment), or any faults with the products, you can report the issue(s) through your Customer Account Area, Customer Support Chat or via the Contact Us form. Please provide as much detail as possible, and we will arrange to rectify this as quickly as possible.

Please note that we may request photographic evidence of the fault(s), so please provide clear images.

 

What do I do if I've ordered the wrong sizes?

Unfortunately, we will be unable to replace any items correctly supplied against your original order that have been embellished.

For items that have not been embellished, we will accept to exchange (not refund), however please do make contact, either via your Customer Account Area, Customer Support chat, or via the Contact Us form on the site.

We will need to generate a returns authorisation, and will not accept any items which are sent back without a returns authorisation.

 

When will I receive my order?

Standard orders will take between 7 and 10 working days to be dispatched.

Order which have embellishment will be subject to 2-4 week delivery.

 

Can I track my delivery?

You can track the status of your order by contacting us directly via the Customer Account Area, the Customer Support Chat or the Contact Us form.

Once you receive a shipping notification our courier will provide you with tracking information on your consignment.

 

I have a faulty item, how do I return it?

Once you receive your order please take the time to check that what you have received matches the delivery note.
